Kent Companies Named One of Dallas/Fort Worth’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For
[DALLAS, TEXAS] – Kent Companies, Texas was named one of the Dallas/Fort Worth’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association for Business Resources. This marks the second year in a row that Kent Companies has been recognized for excelling in employee relations, compensation programs, employee benefits and community involvement.
An independent research firm evaluated each contender’s entry based on employee surveys and reference materials submitted for compensation; benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment; engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic company performance.
