Wildlife Commerce Park

Project Overview

Wildlife Commerce Park is a massive 220 acre business park that offers strategic access to the larger Dallas-Fort Worth market. Ridgemont Commercial Construction partnered with Kent Companies on the construction of two warehouse centers for Crow Holdings Industrial. Tilt-wall concrete construction provided strategic advantages in design and schedule (despite construction during record breaking rains throughout the region).

Wildlife Commerce Park Building 2 is a Class A cross-dock warehouse space. Kent Companies completed concrete foundations, 345,000 square feet of slab on grade and 400,000 square feet of concrete paving. The building exterior was constructed of 105,000 square feet of 7.25″ thick tilt-wall panels.

Wildlife Commerce Park Building 3 encompassed concrete foundations, 230,000 square feet of slab on grade and 220,000 square feet of concrete paving. Over 100,000 square feet of 8″ thick concrete tilt-wall panels were erected to complete the massive space.
