Kent Companies Celebrates 4th Year Win as one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®
[GRAND RAPIDS, MI] – Kent Companies employees are celebrating a 4th year win as one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. The award was granted by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA) in late March 2017. Kent Companies was recognized in the large business category (301+ employees) for extraordinary performance in employee education and development; employee achievement and recognition; employee communication and community initiatives.
In order to compete for this designation, Kent Companies submitted in-depth reports regarding compensation and benefits, safety, workforce development, education and community service initiatives. Kent Companies employees in West Michigan completed confidential surveys to benchmark the organization’s programs against other employers in the region. Kent Companies was also recognized as a 2017 Best and Brightest recipient in Dallas/Fort Worth earlier this year.
