Kent Companies Celebrates Third Year on the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For List

97cb858bc7c82ee601e39c582e47b9ec_f930[GRAND RAPIDS, MI] – The Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA) named Kent Companies as a third-year winner in the 2016 West Michigan Best and Brightest Companies to Work For competition. Kent Companies was recognized for innovative and thoughtful human resources programs that attract and retain top talent in the construction industry.

In order to compete, Kent Companies submitted in-depth reports regarding compensation and benefits, safety, workforce development, education and community service initiatives. Kent Companies employees in West Michigan completed confidential surveys to benchmark the organization’s programs against other employers in the region.

Kent Companies employs over 800 concrete professionals across the country, and this marks the third year for Kent Companies to make the list. Earlier this year, Kent Companies was also recognized as a Best and Brightest recipient in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Kent Companies will be honored by the MBPA on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids.
