Kent Companies’ Dan Bremmer Recognized with National Award at the 2017 World of Concrete
[GRAND RAPIDS, MI] – The American Concrete Pumpers Association (ACPA) named Kent Companies’ Dan Bremmer the 2016 Safe Operator of the Year. Bremmer was one of two recipients of the national award. The ACPA granted the award on January 18, 2017 at the World of Concrete, which held each year in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ACPA Safe Operator of the Year Award recognizes excellence in safety and professionalism on construction sites. Bremmer was recognized for his remarkable safety record with no pumping-related accidents in his 25+ year career with Kent Companies.
Bremmer is the Pump Operations Manager for Kent Companies and holds responsibility for all aspects of the concrete pumping division.
He has pumped over 328,000 cubic yards of concrete for Kent Companies projects across the region. One of his most notable projects was Riverhouse Tower in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Bremmer pumped concrete 34 stories high using a 38 meter Z boom on the tower and a concrete pump on the ground level.
Bremmer is a graduate of Rockford High School.
