Kent Companies Texas Honored as one of the Dallas/Fort Worth Best and Brightest Companies to Work For
[DALLAS, TX] – Kent Companies Texas was recognized for a second year in a row as one of the Dallas/Fort Worth’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). Kent Companies will be honored at a symposium and awards gala on Monday, January 22, 2018 at the Dallas Arboretum.
An independent research firm evaluated Kent Companies’ policies and performance with regard to compensation, employee enrichment, communication, diversity, community initiatives and strategic company performance. All Kent Companies Texas employees also participated in survey that measured the organization’s resources for employees. Kent Companies was recognized for innovative practices in employee education and development, enrichment, engagement and retention.
Kent Companies Texas Multi-Family Division President Keith Collinsworth shared, “As our team continues to grow across Dallas, Austin and the surrounding region, this award is confirmation that we’re doing the right things.
