Kent Companies Texas – Multi-Family Division
Project: Novel Deep Ellum – Dallas, Texas
Submitted by Angel Alvarez, Vice President, Multi-Family Operations
General Contractor: Andres Construction
Novel Deep Ellum has all the marks of a Kent Companies job, literally and figuratively. This week, the Multi-Family team completed the second podium pour. The third pour is decked and ready for cables and rebar. A slab on grade pour is scheduled for Thursday, June 7th. Arturo Sierra, Angel Ramirez, Juan Puente and their teams are making it happen and I’m grateful for their determination and productivity on this demanding project schedule.
Take a close look at the tower crane. You’ll see the Kent Companies logo soaring above one of the busiest highway interchanges in Dallas.
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the fabrication of the Kent tower crane signage. The sign measures approximately 15 feet long by 4.25 feet tall. It’s illuminated at night and can been seen from quite a distance!
