Division 1910 – GVSU Laker Line

Division 1910 recently negotiated a great helical pier job in connection with the strong relationship that Jason Chew and Division 1610 built on the GVSU Laker Line project.  The new Laker Line bus garage required a larger hydraulic jack to be installed for bus repairs. Unfortunately, the soils were extremely poor and needed some type of improvement to handle the loading. 1910 was able to provide a solution, expedite the associated engineering and mobilize to install 24 – 70 kip piers to a depth of 42 feet. The Christman Company (GC) was pleased with the teamwork and fast solutions from Kent Companies.

The Corona Virus – Know the Facts

As news about the Corona Virus spreads, it’s important to know the facts. The most important thing you can do to protect your health is to wash your hands regularly with soap and water. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
