Next week we’ll celebrate our annual employee appreciation events. Be there on time! When you arrive, please make your lunch plate and grab a seat right away! A hot buffet lunch is available right at 11am. Our program will begin quickly.

We will have important updates, gifts and cash giveaways.

Kudos to Fidel Salazar – Commercial Division

Superintendent Fidel Salazar received multiple letters from Schwob’s project leadership for his work on GAF. We appreciate Fidel’s hard work and his commitment to leading the team.

Fidel has been instrumental in moving the project to the point it is at now. He makes a commitment and follows through with it. He is very attentive to the work being performed and makes sure that it is right. He is very helpful if we need a hand with something. He does whatever it takes to make the schedule. I will request that Fidel be on my next project in the future.

I’d like to take a moment of your time this afternoon to recognize a member of your team that has been absolutely outstanding on this GAF Project. Fidel Salazar has gone, and continues to exceed, beyond our expectations as subcontractor leadership out on our field. He is attentive to detail, responsive to correcting any issues, and diligent in regards to scheduling and production. Fidel always responds with a well calculated and aggressive attitude towards any task we set forth to him and/or request of him. He is definitely an asset for Kent Co. and and I will be recommending his involvement on any of my future projects.
