Paid Time Off – Year End Reminders
Please note how your Paid Time Off (PTO) bank is treated as we move from 2019 to 2020. For any remaining vacation time after the week ending December 28th, the following will happen:
- Up to 40 hours will be rolled over to use in the following year (2020).
- Any unused time over 40 hours will be paid out in mid-January. This will be a separate check and will be direct deposited if you are set up for direct deposit.
- Your full PTO amount (based on years of service) will be granted on January 1st

AFLAC Open Enrollment Deadline – December 23
Aflac Supplemental Benefits are 100% employee voluntary benefits which provide an extra measure of financial protection when you are injured or sick. Supplemental insurance is different from health insurance, its insurance for daily living. Aflac pays CASH benefits directly to you, unless otherwise assigned, to help with daily expenses, unexpected expenses, or out of pocket expenses associated with an illness or accident. The benefits are predetermined and paid regardless of any other insurance you have.

New Contract Award – The Square at South End
Kudos to Dave McCauley on landing The Square at South End project. Another +$2MM project with Edifice, one of our key customers. Dave has been budgeting and pricing (and repricing) this project for multiple customers over the past year. This will be our 7th project in the trendy, high-end district of South End. Well done, Dave!!
