One Day Hiring Event – This Saturday

It’s here! The One-Day Hiring Event is this Saturday, May 4th from 8am to 12pm at the Grand Rapids office. There will be signs at the intersection of 60th & Division to help candidates find our office. Here’s what you need to know:
How does the event work?
Candidates visit our office to complete an application and interview with the Human Resources team. We are making job offers on the spot, in 30 minutes or less. Superintendents and foremen will be on site to answer questions about our work and our team.
New hires start with orientation on Monday. Additional start dates are available throughout May and June.
What’s in it for you?
If you refer a candidate to Kent Companies and we hire them, you get paid! Tell your friends and family to list your name on their application.
- When the new hire reaches 30 days, you receive a $100 Visa card
- When the new hire reaches 90 days, you receive a $250 Visa card.
- For referrals with a minimum of 2-3 years of construction experience, you receive an extra $100 Visa card and a $150 certificate for Mieras or Red Wing Boots at the 90 day mark.
