FSA Health & Dependent Care Open Enrollment
Now through December 11, 2019
It’s open enrollment time for the health and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA) for the 2020 calendar year. We are moving from WageWorks to Basic as our plan provider.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Any allowable rollover amounts will be transferred appropriately.
- Flex Spending Account (FSA) plans allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses and/or dependent care.
- To sign up, employees must complete this form. Click here for the Basic FSA and DCFSA Enrollment form.
- Click here for a guide to help you understand the Basic FSA plans.
- Return this form to Human Resources no later than Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
