You represent our current team, the generations of professionals that came before you, and the team that will build our future
Our customers remember the last 10% of the job the best. You’re responsible for helping us win the next one.
Ask yourself:
- How will they feel about Kent Companies after they interact with you and your team?
- How will they feel about the workmanship when the job is complete?
- Are you fully dressed in PPE (high viz, Kent hart hat, safety glasses, etc.) every day?
- Does your appearance demonstrate that you are fully prepared to complete the job?
