RED Leadership Events – October 2017
RED Leadership Events were held in Grand Rapids, Charlotte and Dallas in mid-October. These listening sessions are designed to build connections between our field teams and executive management.
We know that some of the best ideas and programs start with the people who work on the front lines every day. These sessions give members of the team an opportunity to share ideas for improving field operations, communications and safety.
Our executive team listens closely. Many of the training programs and resources you see today are the result of sharing ideas in our RED events. (English-Spanish language courses, safety training, improvements to appreciation meetings).
