Make it Happen Scholarship Applications – Open Now through March 31st
The Make it Happen Scholarship Program is a benefit for all full time Kent Companies employees. Your college-aged children and dependents are eligible to apply for a scholarship award. We’ve granted over $30,000 in scholarships in the last few years, and we’re proud to support students and families who are working hard to improve themselves.

Remember, we award scholarships according to the merit shop philosophy. Remind your student to complete the ENTIRE application (even if re-applying). Each required piece (letters of recommendation for example) has a point value, and completeness is one way that winning applications stand out from the crowd.
Previous winners are encouraged to re-apply, and they must complete the entire application.
For questions, contact Mindy Curtiss.

It’s Time to Take a Fresh Look: Beneficiaries on Your Accounts
Have you reviewed your beneficiaries on your 401K and life insurance policies recently? Often, you complete these forms early in your career, and it’s easy to forget who you originally listed on the form. Changes in life can require changes in how beneficiaries are set up. If you have questions regarding how your plans are set up, please contact Mindy Curtiss, Sarah Miller (KCI, KSE) or Tanya Escobedo (KCTX).
Congratulations to the Week 3 Winners!
- Carolinas: Jim Andrisco
- Texas: Carlos Flores
- Midwest: Laura Armstrong
Laura, Jim and Carlos each win a $100 gift card and up to $150 credit for PPE in the Kent Companies store. Continue to send in videos to your safety managers for more chances at prizes!
