Help us Write the RED Code
We want our team to help define what it means to have Responsibility, Expertise and Determination on the job.
What is the RED Code?
The RED Code defines the qualities, abilities and strategies of the top players at Kent Companies. We’re writing the rule book for what it takes to be successful at Kent. We need your input to write the best code for the entire team.
Tell us how you work smarter, not harder.
Tell us what your best teammates do to make a difference for the customer and the rest of the team.
Give us your best tips, work hacks, and behind-the-scenes details. We’ll share the entire RED Code soon, and you’ll see more first-hand stories of how your teammates are putting it to work every day.
New On-Boarding, Training & Professional Development Resources
We are expanding and enhancing on-boarding and professional development programs for our 1,300+ team members nationwide. Chris Fennema assumed the role of Vice President of Employee Training & Development, and he’ll direct cross-functional teams that will bring you more safety training, tool training and leadership development opportunities.
