Project Overview

234 Market is a five-story building featuring 235 apartment units; 30,000 square feet of commercial space and a three-story parking structure. The location offers residents and tenants convenient access to downtown amenities in an industrialized setting.

The building was constructed first, so Kent Companies demonstrated the ability to “build within a box” by pouring a three-story parking deck inside a horse-shoe shaped building with only three inches of clearance on all surrounding sides. The entire project had an 18-month construction timeline, which required strategic planning by all members of the team.
