601 Bond

Project Overview

601 Bond is a 16-story apartment building situated in downtown Grand Rapids. The ground floor includes 4,500 square feet of retail which is accompanied by five levels of parking deck. The residential floors include 205,000 square feet of space (202 units). 601 Bond included the single-largest monolithic concrete pour in Kent Companies’ history. The pour was 2,700 cubic yards placed and finished by approximately 30 Kent Companies team members in nine hours.
