Parkview Residences

Project Overview

The Parkview Residences is a six-story, 135,000 square foot luxury apartment building. Kent Companies completed the foundations, slab on grade, podium slab with 444 columns, and 124,200 square feet of cast-in-place concrete decks. The concrete scope of work required 55,000 man hours and was complete within 32 weeks.
