Taylor Sittig Presents at ENR Top Young Professionals Conference
Kent Companies Division Manager Taylor Sittig spoke at the ENR Top Young Professionals Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana in March 2023. This annual conference attracts young AEC professionals in pursuit of career and skill development.
With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry, Sittig oversees Kent Companies’ commercial concrete operations in the southeastern region. Sittig was a featured panelist during Roots and Wings, a panel exploring leadership and project management principles for cross-functional teams.
Sittig shared, “I’m proud to share my knowledge at events like this and invest in the development of the construction industry.” Sittig shared insights about budgeting, trade-specific critical path method (CPM) schedules, and communication. He added, “Project Management takes a strategic blend of collaboration, communication and problem solving. Invest in your team and resources to lock in those principles and deliver world class results.”
