The Voices of Women in Construction
Women comprise only 10% of all people working in construction and account for only one out of every 100 employees in the field, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Women in Construction Week aims to shift that narrative by sharing stories, raising awareness and emphasizing the growing role of women in the industry. This year, it is celebrated from March 6 to March 12.
