Back to School, Back to Building: Kent's Commitment to Students this Fall

As students head back to campus this fall, Kent is already looking ahead to next summer and to the next generation of interns who will raise the bar even higher.

The Summer 2025 class was our largest group yet, with 23 students joining projects across Michigan, Texas, and the Carolinas. They stepped right into the action with Kent Concrete, Kent Underlayments, Kent Facilities, and our corporate safety team by leading safety walks, planning major placements, coordinating with GCs, and learning how to deliver real results. Their record-breaking impact proved once again why investing in early careers is one of the smartest moves we can make as a company.

Now, we’re ready to do it again—only bigger. Meet us at career fairs this fall to hear firsthand why our people chose Kent, and why you should, too.

Fall 2025 Career Fairs

  • Sept. 10 – University of Houston Engineering & Technology Career Fair
  • Sept. 11 – TXST Construction & Concrete Industries Fair
  • Sept. 16 – Ferris State University Built Environment Career Fair
  • Sept. 24 – University of North Texas STEM Career Fair
  • Oct. 15 – UNC Charlotte Construction Management & Civil Engineering Technology Career Fair
