In Mebane, NC, general contractor PEL partnered with us to deliver a La Quinta Inn. We’ve worked with PEL extensively in Michigan, and this extended our partnership into the Southeast. We poured the upper floors, navigating a wood-framed build with zero rework and clear communication throughout.
On a Home2 Suites project in Sevierville, TN, we leveled precast concrete planks, a complex substrate with inconsistent height changes up to an inch. We used acrylic sealer to ensure proper adhesion and then poured 1” of gypsum underlayment across floors two through six. We also helped educate the client about sealing options to prevent future flooring issues, turning a challenge into a value-add.
At the Woodspring Suites Arrowood in Charlotte, NC, our team stepped into a challenging situation when the original contractor was replaced mid-project. We provided recommendations for the new general contractor to make up lost time. We pre-poured all tubs and made one final mobilization to pour every floor on a single trip.
