Mission Critical Concrete Construction. Zero-Compromise Safety.

“We’re built for mission critical concrete," declares Division Manager Wes Marek. “If there’s one thing I’ve learned leading commercial work in Dallas, it’s this: You don’t sell your way onto data center projects. You prove it.”

“World-class safety is the benchmark for entry,” he continues. “Our customers recognize the extensive resources, structure, and technology dedicated to our safety program. It’s a prerequisite and an indicator of our ability to execute on complex concrete work.”

A Safety Program Built for Mission Critical Work

Kent Concrete’s safety program is the foundation of all operations. Under the direction of National Safety Director Manny Rodriguez, our team includes over 20 full-time safety professionals, including regional safety managers and safety coordinators. “We maintain an extensive bench so that we can meet safety staffing requirements on any job – no matter the labor curve,” shares Rodriguez.

Our safety professionals lead job hazard analyses, create site-specific safety plans, and keep our field teams aligned with OSHA standards and client-specific safety requirements. Our current DFW data center project is staffed with a full-time safety manager and three additional site safety coordinators, all committed to keeping our crews and everyone on the jobsite protected.

Safety Award Recognition

Kent Concrete’s Texas team consistently earns awards from national general contractors and technology giants across the country. Recent accolades include:

  • GSafe Award (2024 & 2025)
  • Holder Construction – Subcontractor of the Quarter for Safety & Quality (2024)

In mission critical construction, the difference between a good subcontractor and a great one is the ability to deliver safety, productivity, and quality all at once. That’s exactly what we do.
