In partnership with Cadence McShane Construction, our team accelerated the schedule to keep the project on track for its targeted opening. The achievement highlights what’s possible when trusted partners share a commitment to safety and execution on every pour.
Comprehensive Concrete Scope
As one of the leading structural/multifamily concrete contractors in Texas, Kent is delivering multiple scopes across the Cedar Park site, including:
- Hotel structure: Completed the full eight-story concrete frame ahead of schedule.
- Convention center foundation: Executed early foundational work supporting a 30,000 SF event space.
- Precast parking garage foundations and topping slabs: Starting in November, with precast erection to follow.
