Growing the Pipeline: Fall Career Fair Season Kicks Off

Undeniable growth needs a strong pipeline of people ready to grow with it.

Kent Companies continues to expand across the country, from planting a new flag in San Antonio to breaking ground on major mission-critical projects. As our footprint grows, so does our investment in finding and developing the next generation of Kent leaders. This fall, our team is heading back to campus to do just that.

Career fairs give us an opportunity to meet students early, learn what they want from a career in construction, and introduce them to the people already building theirs at Kent. For some, that conversation will lead to an internship next summer. For others, it may be the beginning of a relationship that brings them to Kent several years from now. "Interships are an opportunity to make a strong impression on our team," shares Talent Manager Chris Lapekas. "Even if there isn't an opportunity right after graduation, there could be one down the road as Kent continues to expand. Each year we add dozens of candidates to our pipeline to prepare for future growth."

After watching our interns raise the bar again this summer, we're ready to find out who's next.
