Project Overview

Kent Companies placed 208 tilt-wall concrete panels across three buildings for Midwest Energy & Communication’s facility expansion. The expansion included an office, data center and warehouse, all originally designed as pre-cast concrete structures. However, an aggressive project schedule demanded a more efficient construction approach.

PARIC partnered with Kent Companies to change the construction method to tilt-wall concrete panels that would be cast on-site with strict finish requirements.Tilt-wall construction provided significant schedule benefits. Throughout the course of the project, Kent Companies placed over 7,600 cubic yards of concrete.
