Project Overview

309 Front Street is a new construction, mixed-use development in downtown Traverse City that consists of residential housing, commercial space, and an underground parking structure.

Kent Companies was responsible for the concrete portion of this project, with a strong focus on the underground parking structure and the post tension deck. This project is unique in the sense that it included the first post tension deck in northern Michigan with 170 tons of reinforcement and 33,700 SF of post tension. In total, our team poured 14-foot foundation walls, 31,000 SF of slab on grade, and the one-story underground parking structure.
