Once an industrial district, St. Elmo is building a reputation for retail, dining and maker-spaces. Driven by affordability, the growth in the micromarket’s commercial space drives parallel demand for multi-family units.
OHT Partners turned to Kent Companies to deliver Bishop Momo, a mixed-use development adding 274 residences and parking to the St. Elmo district. Kent Companies’ scope of work includes an 80,200 square foot six-level cast in place parking garage and 53,000 square feet of slab on grade for the apartment complex.
