Office Expansion Update – from the desk of Dave Schoonbeck, Chief Operating Officer

Grand Rapids Office Expansion

The office addition is moving along well! Thank you to our Division 1810 and Division 110 teams for Making it Happen!  The foundation and slabs have been placed. The spandrel panels are being laid out in preparation for pouring and lifting in the coming weeks.  Soon the structure will be up, and then 1810 finish crews will take over as the building is enclosed in early winter.  Special thanks to everyone for your support.

Byron Commerce Building is coming along!

As we continue to grow, we are improving facilities for our field teams to provide better storage and operating space.  To that end, we secured a new construction location to meet our warehouse and field office needs on Byron Commerce.  This facility will be the future home for our 210, 410, 1610, 1910, 2510 and 3410 field operations teams!  It has multiple overhead door accesses, loading docks and plenty of space for our ever-growing fleet and needs. We are projecting to begin relocation into this space in the first quarter of the calendar year!

Texas Office Expansion

Deb Reed is doing a remarkable job on leading the expansion efforts of our Texas Office. Phase 1 of this project includes a new training and orientation space, private offices, open office spaces and updated finishes to core areas in the existing office space. Phase 1 is slated to be ready for occupancy around the holiday season. Phase 2 includes modifications to the lower level accounting offices and open areas. It will introduce a  new break room for staff use. Nice job Deb and the Texas trade partner team!
