New Benefit for KSE Employees: Employee Assistance Center
We understand that there is a lot more involved in your relationship with the company than just what takes place at work. Personal problems, such as the death of a loved one, emotional upheaval, alcoholism, marital pressure, family conflict or financial stress may affect our health and performance at work.
We want to make it easy, convenient and affordable for you or your immediate family to seek professional help when struggling with any of life’s challenges, whether they’re presented at home or at work.
We are pleased to inform you of coverage of a new employee benefit program for you and your family. It is referred to as an employee assistance program (EAP) and counseling and related services are provided to you and your family from the Employee Assistance Center (EAC). Your visit and your sessions with a counselor are completely confidential. All records are kept at the Employee Assistance Center, not at your employer.
How do I access the Employee Assistance Center?
User Name: KCSE
Or, call 1-800-227-0905
What does it cost?
Initial appointments at the EAC are available free of charge. Trained professional counselors will help you identify and, in many cases, help empower you to solve your problems or refer you to area providers who can help. Out-of-pocket costs, if any, from referrals are often covered by your health care insurance.
You can find the EAC on the Employee Links section of the Kent Companies website.
For questions about this benefit, contact Mindy Curtiss or Sarah Miller.
Floor & Decor – Charlotte, North Carolina
General Contractor: Builtech Services
Watch as the Southeast team helps Floor & Decor take shape despite on-going challenges with the rain. Kudos to the entire project team; you earned high compliments from the field leadership at Builtech Services.
“Thank you for delivering on your schedule the past 3-4 weeks. Even with many less than optimal weather days, your crews hung in there and allowed us to mobilize the steel contractor yesterday. For a job that is significantly behind schedule, this is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work.” – Jonathan Ribskis, Builtech Services
“Your team was very professional and did a great job honoring commitments made.
I look forward to working with you guys again and would welcome the opportunity to recommend you to other contractors.” -Buildtech Director of Field Operations
